Theme Vault is a prompt engineering tool for visual design, not just a palette picker. Each curated theme ships with AI-ready design prompts that include negative constraints — telling the AI what not to do is as important as what to build. Paste the full prompt package into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor and the model will understand the palette, typography, spacing, surface treatment, component patterns, and the emotional register you are going for.

Browse themes through live component previews that show exactly how each system renders buttons, cards, inputs, and navigation. When you find the right fit, copy individual pieces — just the palette tokens, just the icon prompt, just the core design instructions — or take the whole package at once. The prompts are written to be opinionated: they include precise hex values, specific font weights, exact border-radius rules, and explicit constraints that prevent AI from defaulting to generic output.

How to use it

Pick a theme from the gallery, or filter the list by tone (dark or light), colour or mood, or search by name.
Look through the tabs: Landing Page and Dashboard show full example pages, Components shows the individual UI parts, Palette lists the design tokens, and Prompts holds the instructions for an AI.
Press Copy All to take the whole theme as Markdown, then paste it into your AI tool along with what you want built. Each section also has its own copy button.
Use Share to copy a link straight to the theme you are looking at.

A short welcome tour runs the first time you visit, and the Tour button brings it back. Press ? to see the keyboard shortcuts, such as J and K for the next and previous theme and 1 to 5 to switch tabs.

What each theme includes

A palette with colour tokens you can copy as CSS, plus typography, spacing, border radius and surface rules.
A Core Design Prompt, component patterns and a "Do NOT use" list of things the AI should avoid.
Icon and image prompt templates, linked to related prompts in the Image Prompt Vault.
Notes on what the theme is best for and what it is not suited to.

There are more than 40 themes, from restrained business looks to illustrated and three-dimensional styles. Some themes use live 3D scenes.

Questions

Do the prompts only work with one AI tool? No. They are written as plain text and are meant to be pasted into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar.

Does Theme Vault generate anything itself? No. It holds the themes, previews and prompts. You take them to the AI tool you prefer.
